PMS Bath

PMS Bath
  • 3 drops of Sage
  • 3 drops of Lavender  
  • 3 drops of Roman Chamomile
  • 2 drops of Geranium

Bath: Drop the essential oils into the bathtub filled with lukewarm water; mix well; get in and relax.

Massage: Put the mixture in 20 ml of sesame oil; mix and massage it on the abdominal area. This mixture will help relieve pain and stress.

Athlete’s Foot Bath

Fungal infection on feet:

  • 4 drops of Tea Tree
  • 4 drops of Lavender
  • 2 drops of Sandalwood

Blend the mixture in a bowl containing 2 liters of warm water and let your feet rest. The Tea Tree and Lavender in this blend have antifungal effect. The Sandalwood softens the skin and provides moisture. Helps with the treatment cracked skin.

Common Cold Bath

Common Cold Bath
  • 5 drops of Eucalyptus
  • 2 drops of Medical Mint
  • 3 drops of Lavender
  • 2 drops of Frankincense

Inhalation: Blend the mixture in a bowl filled with hot water and mix well. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam. It will give effective relief from nasal congestion.

Massage: Put the mixture in 20ml of sesame oil; blend and massage the chest area and cover with a cheesecloth. The mixture will help relax the muscles and help relieve pain through it is applied through massage to the skin.
